How long does the shipping take?

Delivery times may vary according to the selected shipping option. Generally, it takes between 3 and 6 working days after payment is confirmed.

Have you all items on stock?

The available items are the ones you can find in our store. We reserve our right to make product stock changes without previous notice. In the unique scenario of a stock display error, in which the item you bought is not available, we'll proceed to the immediate refund. 

What is the term for an exchange?

You can ask for an exchange within 30 days after your purchase.

 

Are all items valid for exchange?

Items are valid for exchange. You can place your exchange for a new size or a new item of the same price, within 30 days after your purchase. For further information, you can always read our "Refund Policy" section.
